Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is successfully received.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. Reach out to us for assistance.

Welfill is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
